1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall carry the meanings set out below:

2 Eligibility

Use of the jaka52 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. jaka52 enforces a strict 21+ policy in recognition of applicable standards for online gaming in the Indonesian market. Users who are found to be under the age of 21 will have their accounts permanently closed and any balance forfeited.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons under legal guardianship or those who have been judicially declared incapacitated may not register.
3. Single Account: Each individual may hold only one registered account on jaka52. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.
4. Not a Restricted Jurisdiction: You must not be accessing jaka52 from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited under criminal statute. It is the User's sole responsibility to determine whether their use of jaka52 is lawful in their jurisdiction.
5. Not a jaka52 Employee or Associate: Current employees, directors, contractors, and their immediate family members are not permitted to hold active betting accounts on jaka52.

3 Account Registration

To access betting and gaming services on jaka52, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information. The following conditions apply:

• You are required to provide a valid email address, full legal name, date of birth, and a secure password during registration. Providing false information constitutes fraud and may result in permanent account closure without payout.
• jaka52 reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity (government-issued ID, National Identity Card / KTP), proof of age, and proof of payment method ownership at any time, including prior to processing any withdrawal.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. jaka52 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorized account access resulting from the User's failure to safeguard their login credentials.
• Account credentials — including username, email, and password — are strictly non-transferable. Selling, lending, or otherwise sharing account access with any third party is prohibited.
• In the event that you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify jaka52 support immediately at [email protected].

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jaka52 are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The platform supports the following payment channels:

• Bank Transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OCBC NISP.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

The following conditions govern all deposit and withdrawal transactions:

1. Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment channel or promotion.
2. Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
3. Processing Time: Deposits are credited to your jaka52 balance within 5 minutes of confirmation by the payment provider. Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes, subject to KYC status and internal review.
4. Matching Payment Methods: Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as your jaka52 account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited and will be declined.
5. Transaction Fees: jaka52 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which jaka52 accepts no responsibility.
6. Anti-Money Laundering (AML): jaka52 is committed to preventing money laundering and financial fraud. Any account suspected of using the platform as a financial conduit — depositing and withdrawing without genuine betting activity — will be subject to investigation, account suspension, and reporting t o the relevant authorities.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

jaka52 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to registered members. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

1. Eligibility: Bonuses are available to verified accounts in good standing only. jaka52 reserves the right to exclude any account from bonus eligibility at its sole discretion.
2. Wagering Requirements: All deposit bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated clearly on the promotion detail page at the time of opt-in.
3. Validity Period: Each bonus carries a stated validity window, typically between 7 and 30 calendar days from the date of credit. Bonuses that remain unused or partially wagered after the validity period expires are forfeited without compensation.
4. Game Contribution: Different game categories contribute differently toward satisfying wagering requirements. As a general guide: slot gacor (high-payout slots) titles typically contribute 100%; live casino table games contribute between 10% and 20%; togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) games contribute 50%. 5. Maximum Bet While Bonus Is Active: While a wagering requirement is active, the maximum single bet or spin permitted is Rp 200.000 or the equivalent stake limit specified in the promotion. Bets exceeding this limit may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
6. One Bonus Per Promotion: Each promotional offer may be claimed once per account, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
7. No Abuse: jaka52 actively monitors for bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, and low-risk wagering patterns designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk. Any account found engaging in such activity will have its bonus and associated winnings cancelled and may face permanent suspension.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting and casino gaming activity conducted on the jaka52 platform:

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are accepted subject to availability of markets and sufficient account balance at the time of placement. jaka52 reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its discretion, including bets placed on markets where unusual betting patterns have been detected.
• Odds Changes: In live markets, odds are subject to real-time fluctuation. A bet is confirmed only at the odds displayed and accepted at the moment of submission. jaka52 is not liable for odds movements occurring after a bet is confirmed.
• Void Bets: A bet may be declared void in circumstances including, but not limited to: event cancellation, technical error resulting in incorrect odds publication, or match abandonment before the minimum period required for settlement under the applicable sport's rules.
• Settlement: Bets on football — including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and Champions League markets — are settled based on the official result at full time (90 minutes plus injury time), excluding extra time and penalty shootouts unless explicitly stated in the market description.
• Mix Parlay: Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win for the combined bet to pay out. If one selection is void, the parlay is recalculated with the remaining legs at reduced odds.
• Live Casino: All live dealer games are operated by certified third-party studios including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game, the outcome recorded by the game studio's server is final.
• Togel Draw Games: Togel draw results are determined by officially published reference draws. jaka52 is not responsible for any discrepancy arising from a User's misinterpretation of draw results.
• Sabung Ayam: Sabung ayam (traditional cockfighting) live betting markets use Meron (the favored side) and Wala (the underdog side) terminology. All sabung ayam bets are settled on the official result declared by the arena operator at the close of each bout.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on jaka52 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and — where applicable — reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on jaka52, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or stolen identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets, complete bonus wagering, or interact with the platform in any non-human manner.
• Exploiting software errors, pricing glitches, or technical malfunctions to generate profit. Any winnings arising from a demonstrable error must be returned; jaka52 reserves the right to recover such amounts directly from the account balance.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including coordinating bets to manipulate game outcomes or pool bonuses across accounts.
• Using the platform to launder money or conduct any form of financial fraud.
• Accessing jaka52 using VPN, proxy, or anonymization tools to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward jaka52 staff or other platform users through any communication channel.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

jaka52 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity theft.
• Detection of prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7 above.
• A request for voluntary self-exclusion submitted by the account holder through our Responsible Gaming tools.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, jaka52 will notify the account holder via the registered email address within 48 hours of suspension. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the account will be reinstated and any withheld balance restored in full.

Users wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (net of active bonus amounts) will be returned to the registered withdrawal method within 5 business days, subject to completed KYC.

9 Intellectual Property

All content appearing on jaka52 — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, platform design, graphics, text, software code, game integrations, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of jaka52 or its licensed content partners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

The following actions are expressly prohibited without prior written authorization from jaka52:

• Reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any jaka52 content.
• Using the jaka52 brand name, logo, or associated trademarks in any commercial context.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract source code from any jaka52 software component.
• Scraping, crawling, or systematically downloading platform data for any purpose.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, jaka52 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds arising from unauthorized account access where such access resulted from the User's failure to secure their login credentials.
• Interruption of service due to scheduled maintenance, third-party network failures, force majeure events, or governmental action.
• Losses arising from a User's reliance on incorrect odds published as a result of a manifest error, where jaka52 has exercised its right to void the relevant bets.
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any nature arising from use of or inability to access the jaka52 platform.
• Any adverse tax consequences arising from winnings received through jaka52. Users are solely responsible for reporting and remitting any applicable taxes in their jurisdiction.

jaka52's total aggregate liability to any individual User — under any legal theory — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy & Data

The collection, storage, and use of your personal data by jaka52 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering on jaka52, you expressly consent to the data processing activities described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, jaka52 collects personal data for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, customer support, and — where consent is given — marketing communications. We do not sell personal data to third parties for commercial advertising purposes.

12 Responsible Gaming

jaka52 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all registered members. The platform provides the following player protection tools, available free of charge to all verified accounts:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to manage your spending.
• Session Timers: Configure automatic session duration alerts to monitor time spent on the platform.
• Loss Limits: Define maximum loss thresholds over any given period.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary cooling-off period (7 to 180 days) or permanent self-exclusion from the platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

13 Amendments

jaka52 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered Users will be notified via the email address on file at least 7 calendar days prior to the changes taking effect. The updated Terms & Conditions will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Continued use of jaka52 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 8.

14 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jaka52 holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including disputes regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall first be submitted to jaka52's internal dispute resolution process.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels within 30 calendar days of formal submission, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable arbitral body in jaka52's licensing jurisdiction. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause limits jaka52's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or prevent ongoing harm.
